Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

The following items are non-returnable:

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products) for safety reasons.

Clearance or final-sale items.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variation, if available.
