Return Policy

At Laniera, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward refund and exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards and digital downloads.

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products) for safety reasons.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).


4. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variation, if available.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@laniera.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@laniera.com to initiate your return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Be sure to use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card account.

  • Then contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@laniera.com.
